Pumpkin & Apple Soup

If you don’t have access to an oven in the garden you can make this at home and then reheat on a camping stove. (remember your home kitchen needs to have been checked by environmental health first)

This recipe is vegan & gluten free.


  1. Roast vegetables in oven until soft
  2. Put in large pan and cover with stock
  3. Bring to boil
  4. Blitz with a hand blender until smooth

1 medium pumpkin (or squash)

2 Onions

2 cooking apples

6 garlic cloves

Olive Oil

Dried chilli according to preference

Vegetable stock
