Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank-you for ordering from us.  As a small social enterprise we genuinely do a happy dance whenever we get the ping telling us that someone has bought from our shop! Although we hope you fall in love with our products there may be times you have to return things to us. 

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you have 30 days to return the goods to us. When we receive the goods we will issue you a full refund.  Please remember that the jars needs to be unopened and in the same condition you received them.

If for any reason your product is damaged when you receive it (this occasionally happens when sending glass through the post even though our packaging is excellent) contact us and we will arrange for a refund or a replacement.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us.

We want our customers to feel a part of the collective so please let us know if there is a problem or if you love what we do! We will always treat people well and then definitely includes the amazing people who buy from us.

How long will my product take to arrive?

As we are a small team who spends a lot of time in a garden and not in an office, deliveries will be dispatched within 3 working days of you placing your order.  Where possible we will use a service that tracks your delivery so you know exactly when to expect it.
