Seville orange marmalade is one of the most sought after marmalades and when made fresh is only available in the winter months when the Seville oranges are ripe. The bitterness of the orange contrasts beautifully with the sweetness of the sugar to make a marmalade with added tang. We have added whisky into the original recipe to give this an extra warming, luxurious feel, keeping the whisky flavour subtle to enhance the flavour of the oranges.
