This is a seasonal product made using our own Bootle grown dessert gooseberries, giving this jam a gorgeous purply colour but with the tartness you expect with a gooseberry. This is amazing with sourdough bread, coffee and a good book. Ingredients Gooseberries (50%), Sugar, Lemon. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content 63g per 100g.
