Our gooseberry jam is a rare make, since our harvest largely depends on ideal weather conditions. Grab a jar while it’s in stock! When cooked green gooseberries will produce a pink coloured preserve that darkens in the jar over time. Gooseberries produce a lovely sharp flavoured jam.
