A twist on the traditional classic, this is great as a side on a roast dinner, but it also works with brie and bacon. We even stirred a dollop in a cous cous salad to make it more interesting! We only have this available in the summer months after our redcurrant bushes have fruited to make sure it is seasonal and fresh. Red currant bushes are one of the first fruits we planted in our community garden in 2015, We’ve found they’re a great way to introduce young kids to the different tastes of fruit that can produce!
